Synergy Ceramics is a premier laboratory specialising in bespoke crowns, bridges and implant restorations to the highest standard.

Synergy was started back in 2002 with the aim of offering a premium service to the midlands by skilled technicians. We proudly became part of Bupa Dental care in 2016 and haven’t looked back, now offering our service nationwide.

Our Products

Zirconia

Cad cam designed and in-house milled our ZR Spectramax monolithic crowns are our most popular posterior restoration. We can do single crowns and bridges up to 3 unit and these can be fully anatomic or reduced for porcelain addition. Highly translucent, biocompatible isostatic Zirconia with a strength of 600MPa in a full range of VITA Classical and bleach shades.

Multi layered ZR we use for crowns, bridges and large span cases. Milled framework provides a high strength, 1200MPa, metal free structure which is finished with layered porcelain for a truly cosmetic finish.

Emax

Our Emax restorations are some of the most natural looking on the market today. Emax can be etched which makes it a great choice for inlay’s, onlay’s or veneer’s. This all ceramic restoration lets us achieve high strength (470MPa) and outstanding aesthetics by allowing us to imitate the natural beauty of tooth structure.

Implants

We have helped our dentists complete over 60000 implant cases over the last 10 years working with over 20 implant systems. We work very closely with Straumann and guarantee our customers genuine components from start to finish to ensure quality and Straumann guarantee is upheld.

We offer a full range of products from a simple single implant crown through to full arch, All on 4, Ti Hybrid bars, custom abutments, screw retained angle correction, planning stents and advice on technical queries. Finish can be bonded porcelain, poly-ceramic composite or acrylic.
